After
helping many people over the years get clear names that can be trademarked,
Brighter Naming finally took care of its own business, and the USPTO
issued our trademark certificate this month. As you can see, they
say we have used it for over 5 years. And, of course, we have immediately
put the ® symbol in our logo. The description of Goods and Services
